CASE STUDY

No CRM fitted a small business, so I'm building one.

Pelatis CRM is my own product. It came out of the same experience on project after project: the big CRMs are overloaded, hard to navigate, and built for sales teams that a five-person company simply doesn't have.

01 · STARTING POINT

Every CRM could do everything. And none of it well.

The same scene on every project: a small business finally wants to manage its customers properly, tries a well-known CRM, and gives up two weeks later. Not because features are missing, but because you can't find them under the menus, modules and settings.

These tools are built for large sales organisations. A team of three pays for complexity it will never need, and still ends up running three more programs alongside it: one for contracts, one for forms, one for project management.

And then the break that bothered me most: most CRMs end at the won deal. For a service business, that is exactly where the work starts.

02 · SOLUTION

One tool that carries a client from lead to delivery.

Pelatis puts the whole path into a single interface: lead in, pipeline, quote, contract, onboarding, live project. Everything a service provider touches daily, without the feature weight they never touch.

A

A pipeline you get without a manual

Kanban with drag-and-drop and your own stages. Tidy instead of crowded.

B

Contracts signed digitally

E-signatures built in, instead of PDFs going back and forth through another subscription.

C

Forms to embed or host

Enquiries land structured in the CRM, not in an inbox.

D

Onboarding and projects in the same place

Kickoff tasks, SOPs and ongoing work hang off the client record, not beside it.

E

Automations without a middleman

Trigger, condition, action built in natively, with no Zapier in between.

03 · WHERE IT STANDS

Live, with a point of view instead of a feature list.

Pelatis is live and free to try for 14 days without a credit card, hosted in Germany and GDPR compliant. One price, no tiering by module. The product keeps evolving, and because I work in it myself, daily use decides what gets built next.
