What we build — and why it works
We build websites that work for your business: they spark interest, build trust and turn visitors into inquiries. Whether you're a service provider, a local business or a growing brand, we lay the digital foundation that brings more customers to you.
Your brand, built for first impressions
A website that earns trust before the first conversation happens. Designed from scratch, fast-loading, perfect on every device.
- Custom design without templates or website builders
- Mobile-first: flawless on smartphone, tablet and desktop
- Load time under 2 seconds — measurable, not estimated
- Typography and visual language matched to your positioning
- Colour scheme, logo integration and visual consistency across all pages
- Accessible and technically clean from the first version
Visitors become inquiries
A beautiful design isn't enough. We build pages that guide visitors to the right place and move them to make contact there.
- Clear user paths: from homepage to inquiry in a few clicks
- Strategically placed CTAs and contact entry points
- Forms that people actually fill in
- Trust signals: references, reviews, awards
- A/B tests and conversion optimisation after launch
- Heatmap analysis and user-based adjustment on request
Inquiries you don't have to actively collect
Your goal is new customers. We build the infrastructure that turns visitors into qualified inquiries — automatically and measurably.
- Contact forms with direct email notifications
- Callback widgets and low-threshold entry points
- CRM integration: HubSpot, Pipedrive, industry-specific systems
- WhatsApp Business integration on request
- Automatic forwarding and confirmation emails
- Lead tracking: you see where inquiries come from
Be found when customers are searching
Local, purchase-ready and at the right moment. We lay the technical and content SEO foundations so you appear on Google exactly where your customers are searching.
- Technical SEO setup: meta tags, page structure, schema markup
- Local SEO: optimised for your location and region
- Google Business Profile: setup and NAP consistency
- Keyword strategy for local and purchase-intent searches
- Core Web Vitals in the green from day one
- Search Console & Analytics: you see what's working
Your website works even when you don't
While you're in a meeting, off the clock or simply unreachable, your website is live. During that time it shouldn't just exist — it should actively spark interest and collect inquiries.
A first impression that fits
Anyone looking for a service compares several providers. Your website is often the first point of comparison. A professional, custom design ensures you convince them there — before the first conversation happens.
Content that people actually want to look at
Poor images in poor layouts don't prompt calls. We build pages that are clear, load fast and look just as good on a smartphone as on a desktop.
Clear paths to get in touch
Anyone who's interested shouldn't have to search long for how to reach you. We place targeted entry points — contact forms, enquiry buttons, callback options — where they'll actually be used.
Google visibility where it counts
Local and purchase-intent searches bring real prospects. We lay the technical SEO foundations from the start so you have a chance to appear there.
What's concretely included
Custom design
Every page is designed from scratch for you. Your colours, your positioning, your style — no templates.
Mobile optimisation
The website works cleanly on every device. Smartphone, tablet, desktop — all of them.
Fast load times
We optimise images, code and hosting so the site loads fast. Good for visitors, good for Google.
SEO basic setup
Meta tags, page structure, local keywords, schema markup — all set up cleanly from the start.
Contact forms
Simple, low-threshold, straight to your inbox. No complicated CRM required if you don't want one.
Hosting & support
The first 3 months of hosting are included. After that €99/month for hosting, domain, backups, uptime monitoring and DNS.
From first call to finished website — in four steps
Every project follows the same structured process. No endless feedback loops, no unclear timelines — just clear milestones so you always know where your project stands.
Strategy call
A 30-minute video call: we clarify your target audience, positioning, offer, which regions or markets you serve and which software is already running. This produces a one-page strategy document — the foundation for everything that follows.
Design & concept
Within a week you receive a first draft of the homepage and one sub-page. No stock templates — a custom layout, aligned with your positioning, visual language and tone. We iterate a maximum of twice until the design is right.
Development & integration
The approved design is developed — mobile-first, with Core Web Vitals in the green. Existing tools are connected (CRM, booking system, newsletter or industry-specific software), lead forms are set up, SEO foundations implemented. In parallel we prepare copy and images if you don't have an in-house editorial team.
Launch & handover
Before go-live the site goes through a performance, accessibility and SEO check. After launch you receive analytics access, visibility into lead inflows and a brief handover on the change process, plus 30 days of support at no extra cost. From launch the operations package runs (€99/month, 12-month term): hosting, domain, backups, SSL, monitoring plus ongoing small text and image changes — you need neither a technical team nor CMS training.
Total time from kickoff to launch: typically 7–14 days for the Starter package, 3–4 weeks for Professional. The exact timeline is agreed during the strategy call.
Which software and channels we connect
A website is only as useful as it is connected to the rest of your tech stack. We work with the systems people actually use day-to-day — not obscure niche tools that won't exist in two years.
CRM & industry software
Bidirectional synchronisation of your content and data: maintain it once in your system, automatically distributed everywhere.
- HubSpot
- Pipedrive
- Industry-specific systems (e.g. onOffice, FlowFact)
- Any provider with an open API or interface
Booking & appointments
Optional connection to your booking and appointment systems — visitors book directly without detours via email or phone.
- Calendly
- Cal.com
- Pelatis
- Custom booking logic as needed
Analytics & tracking
GDPR-compliant setup with consent flow. You see which campaigns bring leads — and which ones burn budget.
- Google Analytics 4
- Google Search Console
- Google Tag Manager
- Rybbit (server-side, cookie-free)
Lead forwarding
Inquiries land where you actually work — not in another tool you'll never open.
- Directly to your email inbox
- Forwarding to your CRM
- Optional: CRM integration (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Optional: WhatsApp Business
What our clients achieve
When we're the right choice — and when we're not
A good fit if…
- You expect your website to measurably contribute to new inquiries or customers — in which case the project pays for itself quickly.
- You want a website that's specifically tailored to your business and audience (the right integrations, local SEO, lead funnels) — not a generic agency site.
- You value direct contact with the person doing the work — no project manager, no Chinese whispers between designer and developer.
- You're willing to invest a handful of hours in the strategy call and content approval. Without your input, any website stays generic.
Not the right fit if…
- You're looking for a website for under €1,000 — you can get that from a website builder, but not at the quality described here.
- You need a full-service marketing agency that also produces print materials, social media posts and video content. Our focus is on the website and the lead engine, not on overall marketing.
- You absolutely need the website to run on your own hosting. Every project runs on our operations package by default; self-hosting is the exception, only for companies with their own IT team and after the term ends.
- You don't have time for strategy calls and feedback rounds. We can't build your website without your knowledge — that would produce generic results.
- You want a purely decorative website with no clear goal. We build websites that are supposed to generate inquiries and customers — for a purely online business card with no effect, there are cheaper routes.
Common questions about how we work
Strategy call via video, design approvals via a shared project page, copy and images via a simple Drive share. In practice you save time compared to a local provider — no on-site meetings, no travel time, clear milestone communication asynchronously.
Ideally: a company description (even a Word document works), a few references or projects, and ideally your own photos of the office and team. If available, login details for tools we should connect. If you don't have your own photos, we'll connect you with a photographer from our network or optimise high-quality stock material.
We work with Next.js and React — modern frameworks that are inherently faster than WordPress with 20 plugins. No plugin sprawl, no weekly security updates, no page-builder dependencies. Instead a site that scores significantly better on Core Web Vitals than a typical WordPress installation and runs stably for years.
Small changes (text, content, image swaps, new sub-pages within the existing design) are included in the operations package — you write us an email, we usually implement it within 1–2 working days. Your site is a bespoke Next.js app, not a builder with a CMS interface; we maintain it for you so you can focus on your business. Larger structural changes (new module, redesign of a section) go via hourly packages from €90/hour. If you want to actively publish a blog or regularly new content yourself, we can connect a headless CMS like Sanity on request — that's exactly what it's made for.
Every website runs on our operations package — €99/month, 12-month term from launch, 1 month notice at end of term, otherwise automatic renewal for a further 12 months. Included are hosting, domain, daily backups, SSL, uptime monitoring and ongoing small text and image changes. You need no developer, no admin and no CMS training — one email is enough. The package isn't an optional add-on but part of the product: a Next.js application needs specific hosting know-how to run stably and securely over years. Self-hosting is possible after the term ends, which requires Next.js expertise in the team and is handled individually.
Yes. The Google Business Profile is often a more important entry point for local businesses than the website itself. We set up the profile, NAP consistency and structured data so that your website and your Maps listing work together to rank for the local pack. More on this topic is in our SEO guide.
You can book the support package monthly going forward, or just use services on demand. Many clients opt for the hosting package (€99/month) which includes support requests. Ongoing SEO support is bookable separately from €400/month.
Yes. We migrate your existing domain while keeping your email addresses. If you don't have a domain yet, we'll register a suitable one — often with your service or location in the name.
